NthEye LLC Exam Integrity Agreement
By taking this virtual/online proctored exam administered by NthEye LLC, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions to ensure the integrity of the exam and uphold academic honesty.
- Identification Verification: You must provide valid government-issued identification to verify your identity before starting the exam. Failure to provide valid identification may result in the exam being canceled.
- Permitted Resources: You are only allowed to use the resources specified by the exam instructor or the institution. No unauthorized materials or devices, including textbooks, notes, mobile phones, or calculators, are permitted.
- Proctoring Software: You are required to use the designated proctoring software provided by NthEye LLC to monitor your exam activity. This software may record your screen, audio, and video to ensure compliance with exam regulations.
- Exam Environment: You must take the exam in a quiet, well-lit, and private location free from distractions. No other individuals should be present during the exam.
- Unauthorized Assistance: You are strictly prohibited from seeking or providing unauthorized assistance during the exam. This includes communicating with others, using online resources, or attempting to access exam answers.
- Exam Conduct: You are expected to conduct yourself with integrity and honesty throughout the exam. Any behavior deemed suspicious or indicative of cheating may result in the exam being flagged for review.
- Consequences of Cheating: Any instance of cheating or academic dishonesty will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, including failing the exam, suspension from the course, or even expulsion from the institution.
- Recording: You agree that your exam activity may be recorded for review purposes to ensure the integrity of the exam process. These recordings may be used to identify and investigate potential cheating incidents.
- Data Security: You acknowledge that the proctoring software provided by NthEye LLC may collect and store personal data, including your image and audio recordings, for the purpose of exam integrity and security. This data will be handled in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations.
- Agreement to Terms: By taking this exam, you signify your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the exam being canceled or disciplinary action being taken.
Additional Considerations:
- NthEye LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- NthEye LLC may use artificial intelligence and other technologies to detect and deter cheating.
- NthEye LLC may take legal action against individuals found to have cheated in violation of these terms and conditions.
By upholding these terms and conditions, NthEye LLC is committed to promoting academic integrity and ensuring that the virtual/online proctoring exam process is conducted with fairness and transparency.
